Bohio is a permit automation platform that generates permit-related documents based on user-provided project and jurisdiction data.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data
• Abuse or disrupt the Service

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Bohio a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Fees and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Disclaimer

Bohio does not guarantee permit approval. The Service is provided “as is”.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bohio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
